When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

Who we share your data with
We will share data with other companies you are associated with. When your business becomes a member of Eventsure, we will share policies and contact details as part of the service provision. We will not share any data with anyone not listed as partners. If a prospective new client requests your details, we shall ask if we can disclose with a consent document agreed.
How long we retain your data
We keep your data for 2 years after the last time a document is shared. If your business leaves the platform, we shall retain contact details and policy documents for 2 years. after which all data will be removed and deleted.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Where your data is sent
Your data may be sent to clients for approval purposes upon request. If you’re a member of Eventsure, we will share this with your approved list of clients.
